All properties are conveniently located near the FLETC Headquarters in Glynco, Georgia, in either Brunswick, St. Simons Island, or Jekyll Island. Rental homes are within the FLETC per diem allotment, come fully furnished, and are equipped with everyday household appliances.

All homes are for rent on a month-to-month basis, and the monthly rent is equivalent to the GSA-approved lodging per-diem for the location. You will receive a monthly or bi-weekly invoice from the property owner to be processed by your agency.
